Angels in My Garden

A weekly guide to year-round gardening in the company of
the Angels of the Earthly Mother and the Angels of the
Heavenly Father

This is an invitation to join in a gardening adventure that will ultimately take about 10 minutes a day and provide you with fresh produce year round. The gardening techniques offered will be totally organic and good for the earth. They will require a minimum of water, space, energy and time. And you will be able to put fresh, pure, wholesome and delicious vegetables on your dinner table throughout the year.

Accompanying the weekly gardening guidelines will be beautiful insights from the Angels of the Earthly Mother and the Heavenly Father as presented in the Essene Gospel of Peace. As we co-mingle with Mother Earth and bring our gardens to fruition we will come to a greater appreciation of the gifts of the Heavenly Father and the inter-relatedness of all life on this planet and beyond.

GOAL BETWEEN NOW AND JANUARY 1ST

Picking a Location: anyone can have a garden

The first step that one must take to create a vegetable garden is to pick a location for their garden. If you have a yard, you need to find a spot that gets a minimum of six hours of sunshine a day. You will only need a 4' x4' space with room to walk around it. It should be devoid of large tree roots and easily accessible from all sides.

If you live in an apartment or do not have a yard, you can make your garden on a deck or patio. You can construct a 4' x4' wooden box on legs or you can use containers. Details on building a gardening box and container gardening will be provided.

Another alternative is rooftop gardening, if you live in an apartment house with a flat roof. Or, if there is a vacant lot in your neighborhood, you may be able to get permission from the local authorities to garden in the lot. You may even attract some of your neighbors to join you in this gardening endeavor and make that vacant lot into a neighborhood oasis of healthy food production.

So the first goal is to find that spot where you will start growing your healthy and delicious, vegetables. The Essene Gospel says that "barren deserts are turned into beautiful forests only through water."　 Perhaps barren hearts can be turned into beautiful gardens also, through Love.　So, let us make gardens - gardens of cultivation, of recreation and visual delight, of protection and abundance and of love, wherever we can, whenever we can and wherever we find ourselves.　 Then ・all the Earth shall be a garden and all the bodily world shall become free.・
