In January of
2005 Global Coalition for Peace was invited to bring the Women's Self Reliance
Program to El Remate, Guatemala. Our first undertaking was to install the
Sattwic Peace Gardens. The gardens were the inpetus for the creation of El
Grupo Femenino del Remate. Our work in El Remate has continued and the
village will soon become the training center for spreading the Women's Self
Reliance Program to areas of the world where it is most needed. Please
